Since roll formed parts are made from sheet metal, the design of the product is limited to material of constant thickness and does not provide the opportunity to strengthen bends with fillets such as in hot rolled shapes or extrusions. Almost any metal that can be obtained as coil or sheet can be roll-formed. All of OMCO's facilities are equipped to roll-form the following standard materials Carbon Steel Galvanized Steel Stainless Steel Pre-painted Steel PVC Coated Steel Brass Bronze Aluminum Titanium Other Mild- to High-strength Steels or Alloys Nickel based alloys, such as Inconel and Monel Secondary and finishing operations available from OMCO include: Piercing Slotting Weld or Spot-weld Forming and Notching Prime or Paint Mandrel Bending Ring Forming
